Nigella damascena, or love-in-a-mist flower
If you have nigella plants in your garden make sure you gather the seeds which can be sown again and also used in cooking. Nigella seeds can be used in sauces and cooked dishes especially in curries and stir fries and also sprinkled on top of bread rolls and potato dishes. Try some on your pizza.
